Email Reports

Email reports enable you to extract performance data for individual pieces of email creative, whether they were used as part of a journey or a broadcast.

Link ID Table

Link IDs enable you to measure how subscribers interact with specific elements of each creative. That data is then presented via the Link Tracking table.

Engagement Metrics

Engagement metrics for the creative are presented in the Email Stats table as defined below:

Metric

Definition

Sent

The number of attempted sends after filtering suppressed customers out of your intended audience.

Bounced

The number of sends that hard bounced.

Bounce Rate

The ratio of bounces to attempted sends.

Rejected

The number of sends that were rejected by the receiving ISP.

Rejection Rate

The ratio of rejections to attempted sends.

Delivered

The number of sends that were successfully delivered to recipients.

Delivery Rate

The ratio of successful deliveries to attempted sends.

Unique Opens

The number of unique recipients who opened.

Open Rate

The rate of unique opens to delivered messages.

Total Opens

The total number of opens.

Opens per Recipient

Total opens divided by delivered emails.

Unique Clicks

The number of unique recipients who clicked.

Click-Through Rate

The ratio of unique clicks to delivered messages.

Click-to-Open Ratio

The ratio of unique clicks to unique opens.

Clicks per Recipient

The ratio of total clicks to delivered emails.

Click Attributed Conversions

The number of recipients who purchased after clicking.

Click Attributed Revenue

The revenue generated from recipients who purchased after clicking.

Open Attributed Conversions

The number of recipients who purchased after opening.

Open Attributed Revenue

The revenue generated from recipients who purchased after opening.

Attributed Conversions

The sum of open and click attributed conversions.

Attributed Revenue

The sum of revenue generated by open and click attributed conversions.

Contacted Conversions

The number of recipients who purchased after successful delivery, excluding those who opened or clicked.

Contacted Revenue

The revenue generated by recipients who purchased after successful delivery, excluding those who opened or clicked.

SPAM Complaints

The number of recipients who complained.

SPAM Complaint Rate

The ratio of complaints to delivered messages.

Unsubscribes

The number of recipients who unsubscribed.

Unsubscribe Rate

The ratio of unsubscribes to delivered messages.

Customer Drilldowns

For conversion metrics (like open or click attributed conversions), the email report enables you to drill into each metric and see/export the customers behind the reporting data.

Click the metric and a panel with drill-down data will appear:

Exporting Data

There are three CSV exports available in each email report:

  1. Engagement Metrics Table: Export the metrics table for the timeframe you've selected:
  1. Link Tracking Table: Export engagement data by Link ID/URL.
  1. Customer Drilldowns Export the customers behind the conversion metrics in the email report.
