Abandoned Cart Series: Best Practices for Send Delays?
Hello everyone,
We've just launched our abandoned cart series using Rejoiner, and we're trying to figure out the optimal timing for each email to maximize conversions.
Currently, we have a 3-part series: the first email goes out after 1 hour, the second after 12 hours, and the final one 24 hours later. We're seeing decent initial conversions, but the follow-up emails aren't performing as well as we'd hoped.
For those of you with experience running these campaigns, what have you found to be the most effective send delays for a 3-email abandoned cart series? Are there any specific best practices or data points (e.g., industry averages) that you've used to determine your timing? I'm curious if we should be spacing them out more or sending them closer together.
