Manually Convert and Unsubscribe Customers

In this tutorial, we'll learn how to manually convert or unsubscribe customers from your Rejoiner campaign. This feature becomes useful if your business takes orders over the phone and fulfills orders through a backend system that our tracking is not exposed to. Rejoiner emails tend to generate a lot of phone calls, so it's a fairly common use case.

Convert Customers

From the Site Analytics tab on the dashboard, choose the timeframe for when the customer you'd like to convert interacted with your site.

Use the search bar to find the customer you're looking for.

Click the checkmark next to the customer's order and confirm. This will manually attribute the customer as a conversion to the last campaign the customer interacted with.

Unsubscribe Customers

From the Site Analytics tab on the dashboard, choose the timeframe for when the customer you'd like to unsubscribe interacted with your site.

Use the search bar to find the customer you're looking for.

Click the unsubscribe icon next to the customer's order and confirm. This will manually unsubscribe the customer from the current abandoned cart sequence and all future campaigns. Keep in mind that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
